Is there a minimum distance a gas line can be from a gas fired water heater flue pipe. todays inspection had the flue touching the gas line. Would you recommend further review by a qualified licensed plumber on this one? Thanks in advance.

I would recommend repairing the clearance issue, and it also looks as if the vent dips going under the gas pipe, and the vent joint connection appears to not be a tight fit.
