What is the UPC clearance requirement for gas meters?

Hi. Calvin;
NFPA 54 5.7 states that gas meters shall be located readily accessible for examination, reading, replacement, or necessary maintenance. Also, gas meters shall be located at least 3 feet from sources of ignition. Not sure what other codes would apply to this, but I would check with your local gas Company regulations for this one.
