Default Gas Piping

Flex connector feeding gas fireplace shut off valve, copper pipe feeding from shut off valve to gas insert in fireplace. Info I have is no copper pipe / fitting but cannot find what code address's this. Does anybody have idea.. thx..

It's up to your utility company whether you can use copper. . .

Copper is a very popular piping material to use with LP.
