This was a gas shut off valve for the oven, valve was facing the drywall, Safety concern, request repair, what would you write??

I don't see the directional arrow!
Really though, it is safer installed that way so long as it can be operated easily. If not, that is what I would report "valve can not be accessed/operated easily in the event of emergency. |
