Hello Guys,
Saw this on a new construction today. First time I've seen one. I have read that some new vents are allowed through the wall. Any comments on this one? Thanks! |

Gee. First one of that design I've seen too. CodeCheck Complete didn't have an exact answer; first gut feel says ok; but maybe check distance to soffit vents? I had one sort of like that on an FHA final construction, checking with AHJ indicated at least that one was fine.

New direct vent type. Check install clearance requirements. i believe it is a listed appliance.
