Default Gas Water Heater Flue Termination
This water heater flue is terminated within 18" of the vertical wall. The IRC indicates the termination is required to be 2' above any wall within 8'.
Am I missing something? Recommend relocation??

I had this one the other day. The window to the right was open and a bedroom.
