New bath addition. This AAV is under the toilet.

They are only supposed to be use for sinks or lavatories according to the NACHI 25 Standards every inspector should know book. (Item 4, page 36, Standard #24)

As long as it is sized properly, it's fine, pending local allowances/codes etc.
