Lagoon Basics
Not being that familiar with Lagoons (as opposed to Septic Systems), what are the mechanics of a Lagoon System. The Lake House that I recently Inspected (built in 2006, never occupied), the garbage disposal was not connected electrically. Would it have anything to do with the solids management
 , or just a simple overlook by the electrician?
