My thoughts are....until such time that Kitec has its day in court, I am keeping my mouth shut. Should I disparage their product to prospective buyers and kill real estate deals simply because a suit has been filed and without proof of the inferiority of their product, I could get my own butt barbecued.

They have had there day in court in this country.

At least in Clark County Nevada.
