Home Was recently built last year.
basement has a bath area that was not finished. Basement plumbing was not tired into the rest of the house Now the owner wants to finish the basement, however because of the location of the vent line it would have to be removed and reinstalled to switch a 90 to a Tee. The owner wants to install a mechanical vent in the basement instead Does anyone have experience with these or concerns about there use?
