And he did the plumbing under this sink. What kills me is that it drained just fine.

Would be great to see on report.

The waste lines appear to be installed by Mickey Mouse. Leaks may develop. Recommend a licensed plumber to repair.

That drain pipe is filled with sitting water all the up to the 90 degree elbow on the left side.

Whats up with the 1/2" PVC and extension cord at back of the cabinet?
