My second well and first septic system in Toronto of all places!

The well and septic system is no longer used. The well was "well" camouflaged and not disclosed by the owners. The septic system was also not visible but growth at the corner of the property was thriving and a suspicious mound was evident near the house. Good thing I verified that the heat oil tank was located in the basement. One last issue with this inspection, carpenter ants! Guess what my clients did? You guessed it……they walked.
