As seen in other threads....I did a 3 family foreclosure inspection today and found issues throughout the entire building.

This one is funny. The gas company turned off two gas meters so the tenants had someone connect one gas supply to each boiler (3) and water heater (3) coming off one meter. They simply used the drip leg area to do their connections.

I wonder who's paying the gas bills here?

They should have used "camo" colored connectors. Those yellow ones stick out like sore thumb.
