Need help WH serial

I have 3 different WH serial # sheets and can't find this or anything like it.

US heating company and Bradford white are one in the same company.
July of 1992. Bradford has a great chart on there website that you can copy and paste into a word document if you don't already have one.

Thank you much, I have B/W info. No sheet I have seen lists US WH. This is the first one I have seen In Oregon. Again thanx, that made it easy.
