This is from a brand new house. DWV under a hallway bath with tub/sink/toilet. I about loose count of the 90's. Are there issues with this? I thought there was a code that stated you needed a cleanout when direction changes more than 130 degrees? I also was under the impression that all DWV was supposed to be gradual in turns toward drain. I am looking for help with the issues associated with this DWV image... Thanks...

If the outlet on top is for the tub or sink this is not allowing the toilet to be vented which is illegal. Tough to tell from the picture.
