Your best bet is to call a qualified plumber. I don't know about the sand bag.

Good luck.

Don't toilet manufacturers recommend posting a question on the internet if the toilet ever overflows?

Call a plumber and eat more roughage.

"War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things; the decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks nothing is worth a war, is worse. A man who has nothing which he cares more about than he does about his personal safety is a miserable creature who has no chance at being free, unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself."

Betty,

I would contact a qualified plumber in your area and correct the problem. The sand bag stormtec or anything else will not fix your overflow problem.

Good luck on a speedy repair!

Betty,
The best fix for your toilet is not to collect the stuff that overflows in a bag, but to repair the toilet that is overflowing.
