Are these traps under the kitchen sink correct?

Buck,

The Garbage Disposal does not need a trap if piped properly. Get a plumber to correct that roller coaster.

stupidly redundant but not necessarily wrong....center outlet trap with a disposal connection would be the conventional method imho.....jim
