Polybutylene?

It's been a while since I have seen polybutylene. I'm pretty sure this is PB but just want some other opinions.

What is the second pipe going to Sprinkler system?

Or it's the Hot water Pex line....can't tell from the picture.

Anyway, the lines represent hot and cold supply.
