Default Propane tank/Heat pump clearance

I have a 100 gal propane tank and a heat pump placed within 3 feet of each other. My understanding is this should be called out. I am anticipating protest from the builder as the area where this home is constructed has no standards. Can anyone provide documentation so I can validate the call out.

Try this chart and see where it gets them

They may be able to place it there but they can't fill it there!
