Default To protect or not to protect.

How many of you would say there should be a sleeve were this rigid gas line pases through this stone wall.

IMO. Rigid tubing should be fine, but soft drawn copper should be. The lime in masonry materials supposedly reacts with the copper causing corrosion and possibly leaks. </IMG>
