Default Rat damage etc
This isn't your ordinary plumbing leak. 2" shower drain with no trap. The hole was chewed through by rats! Leaking into the crawl space for years. And how bout that fungus!

How about crawling in that crawlspace? That is why I carry coveralls!

me too. i like the "tyvek" style, so i can throw them out after something like that.

We have Tyvek suits for only $4.95 each.
