Default Residential fire sprinkler...pic included
This sprinkler is located in the family room of a Southern Calif.
residence about 5 yrs old. It shows signs of leaking. What would
be good verbiage for this defect. Is this a item that a certain type
of specialist must fix ?

Yep. There are companies that install/maintain/repair fire suppression systems specifically.
