I want to include in our inspections, septic systems. I over hear someone ask if their certified in doing so. What certification or classes do I need to take in order to be qualified? I live in the state of PA thanks

Wouldnt it be easier to connect with licensed septic company and upcharge for their inspeciton. IF PA will allow you to do your own inspections (we cannot do them here in FL) why would you even want to. Its smelly, dirty work. Pay the other company, make some money on them, and pass off the liabiltiy to them. Most systems run in excess of $6000.00.
