Default serial # codes?

Anybody have a list of manufacteurs and how they code their serial #'s for boilers,furnaces, and a/c compressors.

I'm sure RR will get here soon with his list (I can't locate it) otherwise try searching the archives for the files.

This is one posted long ago and is at least an ok starter set.....
