Anybody know anything about sewer liners for leaky main house sewer outfalls? I seem to have heard that they are not a good solution -- or perhaps there are a lot of fly-by-nite "plumbers" doing them badly.

I have never heard of it but that does not surprise me around here. I Googled the terminology and found several companies that apparently do a bunch of it. You could try calling and talking to one of their techs and get some particulars. Let us know what you find out. Here is just one.

A man who has nothing which he cares more about than he does about his personal safety is a miserable creature who has no chance at being free, unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself." - John Stuart Mill |
