Default Sewer Scope

Any inspector checking out an older home should always recommend a sewer scope, especially in an older home. Read the real reason this person has a sewer back-up in her home.

Gary I do sewer scopes on 8 out of 10 residential inspections I do. We have saved people lots of money related to our findings on more than a few occations. I also have many who call my office just for the lateral inspection.
