Default Sharing gas....
I'll tell ya, we sure do have some winners out there.

When a tenant gets their gas shut off (due to non-payment), it's always nice to have a friend living in the same building. Simply share the gas costs...

Yes, the tenant (friend) was on site, and he thought it was funny as hell.

It would have been real funny if I called the gas company.
