Does anyone have a cut-a-way or parts blow out diagram of a single lever washing machine valve? But with the lever that moves from the hot side to the cold side?

Not quite Marcel but thanks for trying. The one I pictured as well as the one you referenced have the single lever swinging parallel to the water flow.
The one I'm looking for has the single lever swinging perpendicular to the water flow. |
