Strange place for a TPR
Well since the system was at 95 PSI, I guess this ain't such a bad idea
 Oh, now that I'm looking through the pics, this other one should get a chuckle. Is that a radiator hose a.k.a. flex-elbow used on the waste line? What that is, is a REQUIRED Pressure relief valve. House either has or had at one time an inner water heater. Those are required when a watts-210 valve is used on a water heater.
