I never saw it in the MO section. Are you sure it was posted there? Many technical posts are made in the MO section and they don't get moved.

psst..I guess I am paranoid that I will type something stupid and they will find it when searching my name on google or something....I have a propensity or a predilection for saying stupid things....see what I mean?

no I'm not sure about anything today...except that I hope my next inspection feels better than this one.....I felt good until I started asking for advice..and the realtor called me..

It is quite possible I put it in plumbing....but I am 99 percent sure that I put it in MO...

Just the fact that he called me to let me know the clients were upset after the inspection...

upset? why because you saw things that would have caused them many many head aches, and pointed them out? Oh i get it this house was "perfect" and you just pissed on their wheaties, HOW DARE YOU!!!!! keep up the good work Tony.

I did an inspection where the T & P Valve piping went into the wall. I was not able to trace where it came out and terminated. This was in a condo unit. How would you report this. I took a photo and explained that in oted the presence of the T & P but was unable to verify that it terminated properly. I suggested further evaluation by a licensed plumber. Any feedback?
