I am sure you have helped a lot of inspectors today.

I had one of them and wrote it up .
Immediate Repair or replace by qualified person .
Can you imagine some one over the sink washing and the TPR lets goes Instant steam or hot water in the face .
Scared for life .
No amount of Insurance would ever cover that .
