I've not seen a trap set up quite like this....any thoughts?

Multiple traps on one trap-arm (the horizontal portion connected to the vertical drain line) is specifically prohibited by the UPC.

Three drains served by a single trap and trap-arm is what the UPC requires. The IRC, however, allows multiple traps on one trap-arm.
