It does not matter how long you stay in this business you will never see it all I had another first this week the plastic hose in the pic was the substitute for the added on bathroom vent stack this hose I suppose was terminated below the bathroom floor which had no excess as the raised floor had only about 4 inches of clearance to the soil. The plumbing vent was just a minor problem as compared to the rest of the add on. I placed the complete added on bedrooms 2 and one bathroom on the repair list Stated tear it down and start over
