Two differant Metals?

Question for the Pros.

Does this strapping on this gas pipe qualify for calling out? That is, does this fall in the catagory of "electro galvaniziaion" (not having to differant metals in contact)?

I think Galvanised to iron or steel is ok not to copper .
Not the best fastening but still better then I had last week on a $600,000:00 home little to none for all pipes in the crawl space.
