Ben, What is the PVC venting? Is a bathroom fan for moisture?

How did u write that up? They,gas vent pipes, r 2 b extending thru the roof, correct?

While in theory this would vent out gases, the vent pipe fpr the plumbing is suppose to go through the roof, or have a properly installed studor valve. Repair as recommended by licensed plumber.
