Question Waste line clean outs

Help please,

New construction, only one waste line clean out at front of property.
Waste line was over 25 ft. into crawl area with no clean outs in the crawl area for waste? Is this acceptable?
Normally I find one at the end of the run of waste the main waste line.?

Help is apprecitated.

Thanks
Tina

Just depends on what your local AHJ requires. In this area cleanouts are not a requirement just nice to have. Standard Auger machines have 100 feet of cable. If you look down into the cleanout you can tell by the Fitting if it is double or single cleanout meaning it can be augured both ways or just one way

Old rule of thumb - If you can reach the next cleanout from the stack on the roof with a 100' snake then you don't need another. Not saying it is right just an old saying. My great grandpa - plumber and my grandpa - plumber, they had a lot of old sayings.

Most ASPE people like to see one at the base of each stack that is more that 1 story or has more that 3 stacks tied into it.

It comes down to the local authority.
