IS THIS CURVE IN THE WATER HEATER FLUE CONSIDERED TO BE RESTRICTIVE?

Manufacturer's installation instructions call for a minimum 6" verticle rise from the draft hood before an elbo.

That vent would be a red flag on my inspection.

The installer of this vent used to design roller coasters.
