Default Water Heater help!
Need age of this heater, Dettson Inc. oil, S/N 126491, Model HMC-32.
Any help much appreciated.

Going on the normal serial number date code. Possibly December 1964??? Does that match the age of the home in respect to an original installed water heater?

Thanks Peter, the heater looks much newer than that, maybe the 91?

Model CM-32? You may have to ask the manufacturer http://www.dettson.ca/
Try phoning maybe.
