Old-timers call them weeping tiles. When the tiles stopped weeping it was time for the owners to start.

So would of pumping the tank out more than every 10 t0 12 years. I always hear people Do i have to pump out the tank? Well says Realtor i never had mine pumped out yet it works fine . Then i slowly turn and say , Well if it is working now you better save up because it wont be soon

Yeah, this is a perimeter drain so the dirt is just dirt.
