Weeping tile?

Old-timers call them weeping tiles. When the tiles stopped weeping it was time for the owners to start.

It's easy to see why clean drain rock is called for in a ditch like this, probably would have worked better for longer.

So would of pumping the tank out more than every 10 t0 12 years. I always hear people Do i have to pump out the tank? Well says Realtor i never had mine pumped out yet it works fine . Then i slowly turn and say , Well if it is working now you better save up because it wont be soon

Yeah, this is a perimeter drain so the dirt is just dirt.
