Default What would you write
Older small house. 6 inches of crawl in some areas, so the plumbing was ran outside the home. Just a kitchen and bathroom. What do you say??

I would write what I saw. Don't know that I would call it a "defect", but I would certainly point it out...

How well does plumbing function outside when its the middle of winter?? It did work well today

There are precautions that need to be taken. But, no, not a defect. Not best practice either.

Sean you see that a lot on the oldies around here, Right it up as marginal , so Buyer know it may give him a problem. besides i bet it is listed as a charming fixer upper, why pay rent when you can buy this .
