ANSI codes

I had a banker ask me where to find what the ANSI code had to say about fastening a modular home to a concrete foundation. We are in a remote area of Montana, and she wants access to the code, not necessarily someone to inspect one. Thanks for the help.

Modular homes are treated the same as on-site stick built home.
Check with the local AHJ as they have final say on a modular home.

I would also check with the MFG. on proper attachment to the slab or foundation as it will ultimately effect the warranty.
