Default basement with no ventilation

Thoughts on ventless insulated form basement in NE?
It is dry and tight. Solid concrete like a bomb shelter, under a garage. It has a screen door and an exhaust fan.
Concerns for radon?

TIA,
Tim

Default Re: basement with no ventilation

Basements do not require ventilation.

Radon concerns? Test for it.
