Did a pre-listing inspection last month. The finished basement had obvious moisture issues and there were a number of hairline wall and ceiling cracks at the first and second floors. No apparent foundation issues at the exterior. I recommended removal of the basement drywall, due to moisture issues and potential foundation concerns related to the cracking walls and ceilings. The owner called me back following the drywall removal. Attached are images of the foundation, not good!
