Default Bonus Room- Looks non permited. Pictures included.
I done an inspection and the bonus room looks like it was done w/o a permit.
The construction in various areas just does'nt look up to par. The realtor sz
that the bonus room is aprx 10 years old. Im looking for experienced home Inspector advice on dealing with type of issue.

Permit or no permit doesn't really matter to you I wouldn't think. Just report what you see, alot of places for water to penetrate. Just an opinion.
