Are there any licensed builders out there who write letters (ie. damage does not warrant repair...) concerning the damaged mentioned on the termite letter? I am not talking about a home inspection report, but rather a whole other business. If so, could you please contact me at russell@truluckconsulting.com I would like to see some sample letters and ask some questions.

As a PCO, I do not recall ever encountering an incident (in my own business) where Damage was noted in Section B.3 of the NPMA-33 Form and a Carpenter/Contractor did not agree that Structural Repairs were necessary.
