Someone Posted this months ago, its one of the best links to Decks I have found. Every Inspector should have this in their Library.

Very good info...

Figure 6, page 7 is an exceptional way to flash and attach the deck to the home.

My wife and my Ins. Agent would be much happier, if I didn't walk out on the upper deck, and didn't stand on the lower deck, beneath the upper deck.
