I found this crack during the inspection today. The house is a 10 year old end unit townhouse that has a vertical crack running through the middle of the common foundation wall near the middle of the house. It's width is roughly 1/8" to 3/16". I could not see the other side of the wall to see if it penetrated through. Do you think its any cause for concern?

Not an easy call to make from one photo. It is not at a corner, and the unit has stood for 10 years - that's the good part. It should be monitored over time. Probably does go right through to the other side. Could try probing for rebar and depth with a peice of thin wire. But regardless, you are not a foundation expert, so probably best to recommend further analysis.
