Default Crawlspaces are fun
Here's a couple pics from an inspection the other day. Kinda hard to see the halves of joist butted together.... good thing they used 1x to daughther them with.




Who said that lumber can't be too close to dirt.

Nice screw jack as well, I've used a number of adjectives when describing a crawlspace ..... fun has never been one of them.

I felt like a tunnell dweller in that one. Was a nice little 18" wide trench to go around and get a glimpse of things.
