Here is something I found in a "wet" crawlspace of the inspection I did tonight. The owner was a contractor who said he replaced all the floor joists because it was "like walking on a trampoline"....thought it was a good pic of an example of what mold can do to wood quickly....

Mold and fungus can be a bugger. Was having a hard time making out pic.
Maybe kill what had damaged the prior install first? lol Tim |
