Default Foundation

Just got back from picking up the radon canisters from Thursdays inspection. Client told me she followed my recommendation to have an SE certify the foundation and my suspicions where correct.

To much pressure on the back wall and the home, built in 1972, never had any attachment to the foundation. One part near the front was cracked in half with displacement.

SE recommends underpinning the entire foundation, cost? 10K minimum.
